Full job description

Role Overview

Brand Crest Digital Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our social media, branding and digital marketing projects.

The intern will work closely with the content, social media and marketing teams to create visually engaging designs for multiple brands and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements and promotional creatives.
Create designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Convert content ideas and briefs into attractive visual designs.
Maintain consistency with each client’s brand guidelines, colours, fonts and visual style.
Design posters, banners, brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
Resize and adapt creatives for different social media platforms.
Coordinate with content writers, social media executives and video editors.
Make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
Organise and maintain editable design files and final assets.
Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.
Complete assigned designs within the given deadlines.

Required Skills

Good understanding of layout, typography, colour combinations and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
Ability to create modern, clean and engaging social media designs.
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing creatives.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to understand creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.
Strong time-management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Eligibility

Students, fresh graduates and aspiring graphic designers may apply.
Candidates from Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or related fields will be preferred.
Previous internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates must have access to a laptop or computer, reliable internet connection and required design software.
A portfolio or sample designs must be shared during the application process.

Preferred Skills

Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
Understanding of social media content formats and platform dimensions.
Ability to use AI-assisted design tools responsibly.
Experience designing for multiple industries or brands.
