Full job description

We are a US-based fashion eCommerce company looking for an experienced Conversion Tracking & Attribution Specialist who can accurately identify which marketing channels, campaigns, and platforms are generating our sales and conversions.

This is not a campaign management role. We already have specialists managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media. Your responsibility is to ensure our tracking is accurate and provide clear attribution reports so management knows exactly where revenue is coming from.

Responsibilities

Set up, audit, and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Track conversions across all marketing channels.
Identify whether conversions are coming from:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Affiliate Marketing
Organic Search (SEO)
Direct Traffic
Referral Websites
Social Media
Other paid marketing channels
Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking across Shopify.
Validate purchase tracking and revenue attribution.
Audit pixels, tags, and conversion events.
Build dashboards and reports for management.
Monitor attribution models and identify discrepancies.
Ensure tracking remains accurate after website updates.
Work closely with Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Development teams.

Requirements

3–6 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics or conversion tracking.
Strong expertise in:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Meta Pixel & Conversions API
Shopify Analytics
Experience troubleshooting tracking issues.
Strong understanding of UTM parameters and attribution models.
Experience working with international eCommerce brands.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to explain tracking data in simple business terms.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Looker Studio.
Knowledge of server-side tracking.
Familiarity with Klaviyo tracking.
Experience with Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
Understanding of Google Merchant Center.
Experience working with fashion or Shopify brands.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
