Position - Senior Director of Sales (APAC)

Experience – 15 Years or above (in online Quantitative Research sales)

Job Location/Timings – Remote, APAC hours

Key Objectives

Questionlab is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Director of Client Development to join our exceptional team for the APAC region. As a Client Development Director APAC, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering top-notch solutions to meet their research needs. You will help drive the success and continued growth of our Asia Pacific clients.

Role Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PGDM/MBA in sales/marketing is a plus.

Able to understand client needs and demands in a research context.

Demonstrated success in closing and servicing accounts.

Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to client service.

Quantitative research background and significant experience in proposal writing, presenting, leading research projects, developing strategic client relationships, developing, and delivering strong insight and client consultancy.

Entrepreneurial spirit

Job Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of key clients within the region and achieve targets, while identifying upselling and strategic opportunities to develop them further.

Develop client accounts through a consultative approach, addressing client needs with tailored solutions.

Understand client goals and objectives, creating strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets.

Conduct Questionlab demos and presentations covering all services.

Achieve business objectives by opening new client opportunities, fostering relationships, and securing profitable business.

Conduct and support client sales pitches, including bid preparation and offering sample sourcing, sampling, and scripting advice.

Actively contribute to strategic initiatives within the country business.

Collaborate with the Operations team to deliver client projects and handle project escalations, coordinating with the CS team.

Prepare detailed written proposals based on client requests for online fieldwork and panel services.

Ensure client satisfaction with delivery and pricing to foster account growth.

Learn and address customer organizational and industry challenges.

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Represent the company at external conferences and client thought leadership events.
