The Role

You are the first human touchpoint for every inbound lead that flows into FlytBase. A mining executive downloads our white paper. A facilities manager books a demo. A partner forwards a warm intro. They all land with you first—and it's your job to figure out what happens next. This isn't script-reading or box-checking. You'll learn to research accounts, ask sharp questions, and make real judgment calls: Is this a sales-ready opportunity for our AE team? Does it need more nurturing? Should it be routed to a regional partner? You'll own that decision—with coaching and AI tools to help you get faster and smarter every week. You'll talk to people running energy grids, mining operations, and critical infrastructure. They're exploring autonomous drone systems for the first time. Your job is to understand their world quickly, send the right materials, and qualify intelligently. This is where you learn enterprise sales from the ground up—at a company building Physical AI for mission-critical operations across 300+ sites in 40+ countries.

What You'll Own

• Qualifying every inbound lead within 24 hours—research the account, understand the use case, decide the next step • Running discovery calls to understand prospect needs, technical fit, and buying timeline • Routing sales-ready opportunities to AEs with a clear handoff brief—context, pain points, urgency • Nurturing early-stage leads through follow-ups, content sharing, and staying top-of-mind until they're ready • Managing regional partner referrals—deciding when to loop in partners vs. handling direct • Building and maintaining your lead database in HubSpot—every interaction logged, every status updated • Using AI tools to research prospects, draft emails, summarize calls, and move faster than humanly possible • Flagging patterns: What campaigns are generating high-intent leads? What verticals are heating up? • Collaborating with marketing to improve lead quality and refine messaging based on what you hear daily • Learning fast: You'll shadow AE calls, get coached on objections, and level up your enterprise sales IQ every week

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to the Sales Lead and work closely with AEs who will coach you on enterprise deal cycles. You'll also collaborate daily with the marketing team to improve lead quality and share what's actually happening in prospect conversations.
