Full job description

Shree RSC Tutors is a fast-growing, highly technical international Ed-tech platform delivering high-quality, personalized online tutoring to students across the UK and USA. We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and empathetic Operations Executive to join our team to take ownership of our student-tutor operations during peak hours.

The Role

As an Operations Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our daily sessions. You’ll ensure that parents, students, and tutors have a flawless experience while maintaining the high quality of our educational materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operational Support : Monitor and respond to daily operational queries and concerns from tutors and parents via text and email.
Admin Portal Management: Update schedules, sessions, tracking, bookings to support operations.
Tutor Recruitment & onboarding: Manage the end-to-end tutor hiring pipeline via our internal portal. Review application submissions, conduct initial vetting, and onboard top-tier teaching talent.
Quality Assurance (QA): Audit sessions to ensure our high academic standards, curriculum notes, and engagement benchmarks are met.

What We’re Looking For

Must be fully comfortable interacting with international tutors and stakeholders.
Strong computer skills (quick to learn custom software dashboards, comfortable with MS Teams, AI tools and basic spreadsheets)
Willingness and discipline to work the evening shift from a quiet, dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet and power backup.
1–3 years in Ed-tech operations/international customer support/HR operations is highly preferred.

Shift Schedule (IST)

Please note: This role follows a evening-shift schedule to align with our markets.

Monday – Friday: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Saturday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
