Employee Relations Analyst
We are looking for an Employee Relations Analyst to join our APAC Employee Relations team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective coordination, timely response, proper documentation for all aspects of POSH and the ICC function. The incumbent will also be responsible for working closely with the Employee Relations team and assisting in taking notes during the investigations and helping in preparing the investigation reports.
Key Accountabilities:
POSH and ICC:
Receive, document and process complaints related to sexual harassment, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity.
Do initial assessments of complaints and initiate the necessary investigations with the relevant ICC based on the location of the Respondent.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with al parties involved in inquiry, including complainants, respondents, witnesses and all ICC members both internal and external.
Keep a track to see that the inquiry is on track so that the statutory time for completing the inquiry is complied with.
Collaborate with ICC members to ensure they have necessary resources and information to carry out their roles effectively.
Support ICC members to in their activities, such as arranging interviews, organizing evidence and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Monitor the ICC mailbox on a daily basis.
Log a case in ServiceNow for all complaints that are being managed by the ICC.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of complaints and ensure that the cases are updated.
Maintain tracker for submission to the authorities from a reporting perspective.
Prepare and update status of cases to be reported out the Management and business leaders at quarterly frequencies.
Coordinate quarterly meetings of all of the ICC across India for providing updates and sharing insights.
Keep a track of any latest judgements on POSH to be shared with the ICC.
Help in drafting reports, archive supporting evidence and ensure compliance with data privacy.
Documentation and Compliance:
Monitor and ensure compliance with POSH and ICC regulations and requirements.
Review and support in updating policies and procedures to comply with legal and regulatory changes.
Keep updated with the relevant laws and regulations across APAC.
Training and Awareness:
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design trainings on awareness.
Coordinate the logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, and tracking attendance.
Support in developing training content and resources for effective training programs
Collaborate with the Marketing team for creating awareness mailers, posters etc. that require to be sent to employees on a regular basis as part of the mandatory awareness required by the Act.
Help conduct POSH sessions during NHO as these are weekly sessions, to ensure that all new employees are well informed on POSH.
Support ER COE in other Projects and Activities:
Help in taking notes during investigations being conducted by ER and circulate the minutes.
Provide support in preparing of the investigation report.
Provide support in projects being undertaken by ER in the APAC region.
Collate data and prepare dashboards, trends and analysis across APAC.

Skills and Competencies:
TECHNICAL
HR system experience preferred (ServiceNow or Workday experience a plus)
Excellent ability to gather, synthesize, analyze, and report ER data.
Experience in taking notes at investigations and preparing the reports
Knowledge and experience of POSH
INTERPERSONAL
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
History of well-developed integrity and ethical behavior and maintaining confidentiality
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail oriented with multitasking abilities.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial or Labor Relations
Prior experience in coordinating POSH processes and investigation processes, will be an advantage.
