Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a people-oriented approach.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Track employee attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries and support a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development activities.

Administration

Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Maintain office records, agreements, and important documents.
Organize company events, employee celebrations, and team activities.
Handle travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements as required.
Ensure office infrastructure and facilities are maintained efficiently.
Support management with administrative tasks and coordination activities.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries.
Familiarity with attendance management and HRMS software.

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
