Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and meet with students and parents to generate business leads
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Explain Vidhvaa's product features, benefits, and packages clearly to prospective clients
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed customers/enrollments
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and track competitor activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and channel partners
Maintain daily field visit reports and lead-tracking documentation
Support and participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and outreach activities
Achieve individual and team sales/business development targets
Analyze market trends and share feedback with the management team
Coordinate use of company resources for field and promotional activities

Requirements:

Any degree/diploma (freshers welcome); MA/BA English or Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce preferred
0–1 year experience
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil
Willingness to travel locally for field visits (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel is a plus
Two-wheeler preferred
