Job Summary
MD Job Title: L3 M Intune Administrator / Engineer Location: Hyderabad/Pune PRF Type: FTE/TP Experience Required: 9+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Level 3 (L3) MDM Intune Administrator to lead the architecture, design, and optimization of our enterprise mobile device management environment. This role requires mandate engineering mindset, not just addressing daily ticket volume but keeping in mind overall infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute large-scale migration projects to Microsoft Intune. • Architect and configure advanced MDM/EMM features including compliance policies, conditional access, Autopilot, App Protection Policies, and Windows Update Rings. • Provide escalation support for L2 and helpdesk teams for complex Intune-related issues. • Develop and enforce mobile device management policies aligned with corporate security standards. • Develop patching and endpoint management policies • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure mobile access. • Automate tasks using PowerShell and integrate with Graph API where necessary. • Generate reports and dashboards on compliance, threat protection, and device health. • Conduct regular reviews of device posture, licensing, and performance. Required Skills & Experience: • 5–8 years of experience with enterprise MDM platforms, with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune. • The candidate should have good understanding of the relationship between Active Directory, AZURE directory service and conditional access with regards to mobile device management in Intune, as well as MDM/MAM strategies, solutions and policies • Experience integrating Intune in a complex environment/ large organization • Experience in migrating devices using EBF • Maintain Intune device management ((iOS, Android, Windows) and mobile access management environment including AR/VR device environment. • Manage Apple DEP/VPP integration • App assignment and installation, Security compliance metrics, Enrollment metrics • Handling MDM Incident Tickets at all Severity levels and all type of Service Requests in Queue. Responsible for resolving issues arising out of Monitoring and Alerting for MDM services.
