Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive

Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, lead generation, conversion optimization, campaign analytics, and budget management. This role requires a data-driven professional who can improve campaign performance while maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
Manage search, display, shopping, video, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines.

Campaign Optimization

Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and audience segments.
Improve campaign performance by reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Identify opportunities to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.

Audience Research & Market Analysis

Conduct audience research to identify target customer segments.
Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
Recommend campaign improvements based on customer behavior and performance data.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
Monitor key metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Present campaign insights and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

Tracking & Technical Implementation

Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs where applicable.
Verify tracking accuracy and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.
Coordinate with developers to implement tracking codes and resolve technical issues.

Budget Management

Manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign spend and optimize budget allocation.
Forecast campaign performance and recommend budget adjustments based on business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with content writers, designers, developers, SEO teams, and marketing stakeholders to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate landing page optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates.
Support integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Continuous Learning

Stay updated with platform updates, advertising policies, and digital marketing trends.
Evaluate new campaign strategies, tools, and automation opportunities.
Recommend process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and business performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of campaign planning, optimization, and budget management.
Experience with conversion tracking and campaign attribution.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
