About the Role :

Sudha Prime Realty is looking for talented and self-driven Digital Marketing Executives to join our team. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are confident in their marketing skills and are looking for long-term career growth.

First Month – Performance Evaluation Period

The first month will be a freelance evaluation period, not a permanent employment period.

During this evaluation:

No salary will be provided.
No advertising budget will be provided by the company.
No reimbursement for advertising or campaign expenses will be provided during the first month.
Candidates are expected to work independently and demonstrate their digital marketing skills.
The primary evaluation task is to successfully promote US-based products and achieve measurable results.

Your performance will be assessed based on campaign strategy, lead generation, conversions, creativity, communication, and overall execution.

Permanent Employment :

Candidates who successfully meet the company's performance standards during the evaluation period may be offered a permanent full-time position.

Salary (After Successful Qualification) :

₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
Advertising budget for company campaigns Reimbursement of approved business expenses as per company policy
