Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director Location: Chennai | Experience: 3 years + | Immediate joiners preferred

About the role Support the Managing Director's day-to-day operations — calendar, travel, correspondence, and confidential coordination across departments. High-visibility role requiring discretion, sharp organization, and composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage MD's calendar, appointments, and meeting scheduling
Coordinate domestic/international travel — flights, visas, hotels, itineraries
Draft and screen emails, letters, and internal communications
Maintain confidentiality on business, financial, and personnel matters
Coordinate with department heads for MD-level reporting and follow-ups
Organize board/leadership meeting logistics and minutes
Handle ad-hoc administrative and personal errands as required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business Administration/Engineering preferred)
3+ years experience; freshers with strong communication skill
Should know to use AI tools
Good English — verbal and written and Tamil
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
High discretion and professional maturity
Willingness to work flexible hours, occasional travel
