The ideal candidate will be capable of translating complex blockchain, cryptocurrency, insurance, and Web3 concepts into clear, engaging content for investors, partners, regulators, media, and community members. You will play a key role in shaping our global brand voice by producing high-quality content that builds trust, educates audiences, and supports investor engagement and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities
- Write high-quality blog articles, educational content, and thought leadership pieces related to blockchain, insurance, cryptocurrency, and Web3.
- Create compelling website copy, landing pages, product pages, and marketing content.
- Prepare press releases, company announcements, newsletters, and media communications.
- Develop investor-facing content including pitch materials, token sale communications, FAQs, and ecosystem updates.
- Support the development and ongoing updates of the project whitepaper, litepaper, technical documentation, and knowledge base.
- Create engaging content for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Medium, and other community platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Produce SEO-friendly content that improves organic visibility and audience engagement.
- Research blockchain industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to create relevant and timely content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all communication channels.
- Review, edit, and proofread content to maintain exceptional quality and accuracy.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of professional content writing, copywriting, technical writing, or content marketing experience.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Experience writing for blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, fintech, insurance, or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, tokenomics, and decentralized applications.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating investor communications, marketing copy, educational content, and website content.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Experience using AI-powered writing and research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grammarly, Jasper, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong research, analytical, and fact-checking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on ICO, IDO, IEO, token launch, or blockchain startup projects.
- Understanding of insurance technology (InsurTech), financial services, or regulatory technology is an advantage.
- Experience writing whitepapers, technical documentation, investor presentations, or product documentation.
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress or equivalent) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
