Job Title: Influencer Collaboration Executive

Location: Tamil Nadu (or Company Location)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Collaboration Executive to build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate will identify suitable influencers, negotiate collaborations, coordinate campaign execution, monitor performance, and help increase brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and brand ambassadors.
Reach out to influencers through email, DM, and other communication channels.
Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
Ensure influencers create high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.
Maintain an influencer database with contact details, pricing, and performance history.
Coordinate product shipments and campaign schedules.
Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators.
Work closely with the Content, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams for campaign success.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Ensure timely completion of influencer deliverables and approvals.
Handle campaign documentation, contracts, and invoices where applicable.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and creator economy.
Ability to analyse campaign performance metrics.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, PR, or digital marketing is preferred.
