Full job description

Valiuxe is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for premium Architecture & Interior Design firms across India. This is a fully remote role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, enjoys solving advertising challenges, and wants to work with high-ticket lead generation campaigns.

You'll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, improving campaign performance, testing new strategies, and helping clients generate qualified leads consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPM, and lead quality.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing to scale winning campaigns.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve ad performance.
Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution.
Troubleshoot Meta Ads account issues, policy restrictions, and account quality concerns.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, AI tools, and performance marketing trends.
Maintain campaign documentation and follow internal SOPs.

Required Skills

1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
Proven experience running Lead Generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization and scaling.
Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

Experience recovering restricted or disabled Meta Ad Accounts and Business Managers.
Knowledge of Meta policy compliance and account troubleshooting.
Experience with Google Business Profile (Google My Business) setup, optimization, or reinstatement.
Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, Zapier, or Make.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
