As we have accelerated our global expansion, we are looking for an experienced and growth-oriented Export Growth Manager to join our International Business team and help establish Atiya as a leading global Ayurvedic healthcare brand.
Role Overview
The Export Growth Manager will work closely with the Head of International Business to drive the company's global expansion strategy. The role involves developing new international markets, strengthening existing distributor partnerships, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of export operations.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly analytical, and possesses strong international business development experience within the Ayurveda, herbal, wellness, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of International Business in executing the company's global export strategy and international growth plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets, distributors, importers, and strategic business partners.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with overseas distributors and key accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
- Develop market-entry strategies for new countries and product categories.
- Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, customs compliance, logistics coordination, and shipment execution.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Regulatory, Finance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.
- Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, pricing analysis, and opportunity assessments across global markets.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, B2B meetings, buyer-seller events, and government export promotion initiatives.
- Monitor export performance, prepare sales forecasts, manage pricing strategies, and track profitability by market.
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory, packaging, labelling, and documentation requirements across target countries.
- Identify new product opportunities and recommend portfolio expansion based on international market demand.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, business reviews, and market intelligence reports for senior management.
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Criteria
- 8–12 years of experience in International Business, Export Sales, or Global Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in International Business Development.
- Experience in the Ayurveda, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Wellness, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of developing international markets and achieving export sales growth.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, customs procedures, international logistics, shipping, and global trade compliance.
- Experience in appointing and managing international distributors, importers, and channel partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to identify global business opportunities.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple international markets and cultures.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of international regulatory requirements for Ayurvedic, herbal, or nutraceutical products.
- Experience participating in international exhibitions and trade missions.
- Passion for Ayurveda, preventive healthcare, and natural wellness.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
