Performance Marketing Executive (Ad Buyer)

Location: Jaipur

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive (Ad Buyer) to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving customer acquisition, improving campaign performance, and scaling D2C/eCommerce brands through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Ad Operations.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance effectively.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs or more.
Knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce sales funnels.
Experience with WhatsApp Marketing, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels.
Understanding of attribution models and customer journey analysis.
