About Nogiz

Nogiz is a software development company delivering innovative digital solutions to clients across the globe. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who has prior experience selling IT services and can generate qualified business opportunities through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads and databases.
Introduce Nogiz's software development and IT services to prospective clients.
Identify client requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
Follow up with existing prospects until closure or disqualification.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for client requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Stay updated on the company's services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a software development company or IT services firm.
Knowledge of international sales processes.
Experience handling clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or the Middle East.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, or other B2B lead generation platforms is an advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Equivalent sales experience will also be considered.
