Job Title: Front Office Executive

Department: Front Office / Reception
Location: Revive plus Multispecialty Hospital, Moti nagar
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Hospital/Healthcare Industry Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive with 2+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting patients and visitors, coordinating appointments, handling registrations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
Register patients and maintain accurate demographic and medical records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for consultants and diagnostic services.
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as required.
Verify patient details, insurance information, and required documents.
Handle billing support, payment collection, and issue receipts as per hospital procedures.
Respond to telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
Maintain front office records, daily reports, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, insurance, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
Manage patient complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and patient handling skills.
Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MS Office.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of hospital billing and insurance processes is preferred.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Patient Care Coordinator in a hospital or healthcare facility.
Experience handling patient registration, appointments, billing support, and front desk operations
