About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and growth for our portfolio of consumer mobile applications. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end growth strategy, manage large-scale acquisition campaigns, optimize marketing spend, and drive sustainable revenue growth across global markets. You will work closely with Product, Analytics, ASO, Creative, and Engineering teams to scale app installs, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & User Acquisition

Own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across Google App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads, Meta App Campaigns, and other paid channels.
Build scalable growth strategies for both new and existing mobile apps.
Drive profitable user acquisition while optimizing CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and acquisition strategies.

Campaign Management & Optimization
Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget acquisition campaigns across Android and iOS.
Continuously improve campaign performance through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and automation.
Scale successful campaigns across Tier-1 and international markets.
Experimentation & Growth
Lead structured experimentation across creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages, pricing, onboarding flows, and subscription funnels.
Establish an experimentation framework and implement data-backed growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Product teams to improve activation, retention, and conversion.
App Launches
Define GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for new app launches.
Drive 0→1 launches and scale campaigns after validating acquisition efficiency.
Coordinate launch activities across marketing, product, design, and analytics teams.
Analytics & Business Insights
Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
Analyze acquisition, retention, monetization, and cohort performance.
Present weekly and monthly business insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.
Budget & P&L Ownership
Manage significant monthly marketing budgets.
Optimize budget allocation across channels, geographies, and campaigns.
Own marketing P&L and ensure efficient utilization of spend.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Product, Creative, ASO, Data, and Engineering teams to achieve business goals.
Mentor junior marketers and establish performance best practices.
Work with external agencies and platform partners when required.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or App Growth.
Strong expertise in Google App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads, and Meta App Campaigns.
Experience scaling consumer mobile applications.
Strong understanding of Android and iOS ecosystems.
Experience managing campaigns across Tier-1/global markets.
Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing large marketing budgets and P&L.
