VACANCY: MAINTENANCE HEAD

SALARY: Up to ₹40,000/month. No Salary Bar for the Right Candidate (offered based on experience, skills & knowledge)
EXPERIENCE: 4+ Years in Industrial / Factory Maintenance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise the complete maintenance department.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all factory machinery, equipment and electrical systems.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and instrumentation-related issues.
- Handle instrument maintenance, calibration, repair and troubleshooting of industrial instruments and control systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of sensors, switches, controllers, meters, gauges, control panels and other instruments.
- Maintain proper records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts, repairs and instrument servicing.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment efficiency.
- Manage the maintenance team, allocate duties and monitor daily performance.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
- Plan and maintain adequate stock of critical spare parts, electrical components, instruments and maintenance materials.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle vendors, contractors and external technicians whenever required.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports and cost estimates for management.
- Monitor utility systems including electrical panels, compressors, generators, pumps and other factory equipment.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain and improve the overall reliability and efficiency of factory machinery and equipment.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of relevant industrial / factory maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of instrument maintenance, repair, calibration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industrial sensors, switches, controllers, meters, gauges, control panels and instrumentation systems.
- Good understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical systems.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a maintenance team.
- Experience in manufacturing / footwear / factory environment preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and decision-making skills.
- Candidates from Bhiwandi, Thane, Mumbai and nearby areas preferred.
