Job Summary

Apto Solutions is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions such as Developers, Testers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and technical roles.
Experience using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and frameworks.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT staffing or consultancy recruitment.
Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
