Job Description

Corporate & Institutional Sales Executive – Beverage Sales(Water Bottle)

Location: Delhi / NCR
Department: Sales & Marketing
Industry: Beverages / FMCG / Food & Beverage

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Corporate & Institutional Sales professional to develop and grow our beverage business across Delhi/NCR.

The person will be responsible for identifying new institutional customers, generating leads, conducting sales meetings, presenting products, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling to corporates, offices, hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, hospitals, schools, colleges, government/institutional organizations, distributors, store, and other bulk beverage buyers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Development

· Identify and build a database of potential corporate and institutional customers across Delhi/NCR.

· Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, industry associations, exhibitions, online research and existing business contacts.

· Identify organizations with regular or bulk beverage consumption requirements.

· Develop territory-wise prospecting plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Sales Meetings & Product Presentation

· Contact prospective customers and understand their beverage requirements.

· Arrange face-to-face meetings and product presentations.

· Conduct product sampling, demonstrations and trials wherever required.

· Understand customer requirements regarding product, quantity, pricing, packaging, delivery and payment terms.

3. Deal Generation & Closure

· Convert qualified leads into orders and long-term contracts.

· Negotiate pricing, volumes, margins, payment terms and supply schedules within company-approved guidelines.

· Follow up consistently with decision-makers until the deal is closed.

· Handle objections related to price, quality, competition, delivery and payment terms.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Institutional Account Acquisition

Develop business from segments such as:

· Corporate offices and MNCs

· IT parks and business centres

· Hotels and resorts

· Restaurants, cafés and QSRs

· Catering companies and banquet operators

· Hospitals and healthcare institutions

· Schools, colleges and universities

· Government and public-sector institutions

· Gyms, clubs and recreational facilities

· Retail chains and supermarkets

· Distributors and wholesalers

· Events, exhibitions and large gatherings

· Industrial units and employee cafeterias

5. Account Management & Repeat Business

· Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional customers.

· Ensure timely repeat orders and increase customer wallet share.

· Identify opportunities to introduce additional products/SKUs.

· Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service issues in coordination with operations.

· Develop annual/long-term supply arrangements wherever possible.

6. Order & Collection Coordination

· Coordinate with the operations/distribution team to ensure timely delivery.

· Track purchase orders, dispatches and customer requirements.

· Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collections within agreed credit terms.

· Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Daily activity expectations may include:

· New prospecting calls and visit

· Field visits to corporate/institutional locations

· Follow-ups with existing prospects

· Product sampling

· Follow-up for purchase orders

· Existing-account development

Requirement

· 2–4 years of experience in B2B, institutional, corporate sales in FMCG/F&B industry.

· Experience in beverage, food, FMCG, HoReCa or related industries will be preferred.

· Strong knowledge of the Delhi/NCR institutional market.

· Existing relationships with corporate/institutional buyers will be an advantage.

· Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi/NCR.

· Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

· Own two-wheeler must.

Pay: ₹25,018.23 - ₹35,542.57 per month
