About Artmosphere
Artmosphere is a boutique artist management and cultural curation house working at the intersection of art, music and culture. We work with artists, cultural institutions, brands and venues to create meaningful live experiences, cultural IPs and collaborations.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of Artmosphere's digital presence and help build a strong, consistent and engaging online brand.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Artmosphere's social media strategy across platforms, managing content calendars, overseeing content production and publishing, and supporting paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with Artmosphere's brand, artists, projects and events.
- Identify content opportunities, trends and formats relevant to the arts, culture, music and entertainment space.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.
2. Content Planning & Management
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Plan Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories and other content formats.
- Coordinate content requirements with the Artmosphere team, artists and interns.
- Ensure timely publishing and consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Write or oversee captions, hooks, CTAs and basic copy for social media.
3. Content Supervision & Editing Direction
- Work closely with social media/content interns and guide them on content execution.
- Provide clear briefs for Reels, carousels, Stories and other digital assets.
- Review and provide feedback on edits, pacing, transitions, typography, music selection, hooks and overall storytelling.
- Ensure that all content meets Artmosphere's quality and brand standards before publishing.
- Help interns understand what makes content engaging and platform-appropriate.
4. Paid Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and manage basic paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Have a working understanding of audience targeting, campaign objectives, budgets, creatives and performance metrics.
- Assist with Google Ads / Google Ads Manager campaigns where required.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations.
- Support digital campaigns for events, artist showcases, ticket sales, brand collaborations and cultural projects.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, views, follower growth, CTR and conversions.
- Prepare simple monthly performance reports.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming content and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, trends and platform features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media content formats.
- Experience creating and managing social media calendars.
- Good understanding of Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and digital advertising fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of Reels, short-form video, carousels and Stories.
- Ability to brief, manage and review the work of content interns/designers/editors.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of content analytics and social media reporting.
- Good visual sensibility and understanding of branding.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interest in music, arts, culture, events and creative industries is highly desirable.
Good to Have
- Experience working with artists, musicians, cultural organisations, events, lifestyle or creative brands.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing/design tools.
- Experience running promotional campaigns for events or ticketed shows.
- Understanding of influencer/creator collaborations.
- Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube content strategy.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organised and highly hands-on. You should be able to think strategically but also be comfortable getting into the details of a Reel, carousel or campaign.
Most importantly, you should have a strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and take action.
Compensation
₹15,000 per month
The role offers an opportunity to work closely with an emerging cultural brand and gain hands-on experience across artist management, live events, cultural programming, content, digital marketing and brand collaborations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
