Executive / Coordinator – Founders' Office

Location: [Location]
Experience: 0–2 Years / Freshers can apply
Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Joining: Immediate / 15 days preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, presentable and highly organised Executive / Coordinator – Founders' Office to work directly with the founders and support them across different areas of the business.

This is an entry-level, multi-functional role. You will not be restricted to one department or one type of work. Depending on the priorities of the founders, your responsibilities may involve HR coordination, administration, procurement, client coordination, email follow-ups, documentation, research, software/product testing and other business activities.

This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who wants to get hands-on exposure to how a company actually operates.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with the founders and help coordinate day-to-day activities such as:

Coordinating tasks and follow-ups assigned by the founders.
Communicating with employees, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
Supporting basic HR activities, employee coordination and documentation.
Assisting with office administration and operational activities.
Coordinating purchases, quotations, vendors and order-related follow-ups.
Managing email communication, follow-ups and maintaining important information.
Coordinating client meetings, requirements and action items.
Preparing basic reports, presentations, documents and trackers.
Conducting online research and preparing information for the founders.
Assisting with software/product testing and reporting issues clearly to the relevant team.
Following up with different teams to ensure assigned work is completed on time.
Helping with various projects and initiatives being driven by the founders.
Taking ownership of other tasks assigned by the founders as business requirements change.

What We Are Looking For

This is an entry-level opportunity, so attitude and communication are more important than years of experience.

We are looking for someone who is:

A fresher or has up to 2 years of experience.
Excellent in spoken and written English.
Confident and comfortable communicating with different people.
Presentable, professional and well-mannered.
Smart, alert and quick to understand instructions.
Comfortable using computers, email and basic office applications.
Good with MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.
Organised and good at following up on tasks.
Willing to learn different aspects of the business.
Comfortable handling multiple types of work.
Proactive and willing to take responsibility.
Someone who doesn't say “this is not my work” when a reasonable business requirement comes up.
Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with information related to the founders and company.

Who Can Apply?

BBA / B.Com / BCA / MBA graduates
Graduates from other relevant disciplines
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, operations, HR, customer support or similar roles

Prior experience is not mandatory if you have the right communication skills, attitude and ability to learn.

One day you may be coordinating with an employee, the next task could involve speaking with a client, checking a purchase requirement, preparing an Excel sheet, testing a software feature or researching something for the founders.

Important Requirements

Excellent English communication and a professional personality are mandatory.

Candidates looking specifically for a narrowly defined HR, Admin, Receptionist or Back-office-only role may not be the right fit.

This is a Founder’s Office role with exposure to multiple areas of the business.
