Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Kochi, India

Salary: INR 10,000 - 12,000 per month (salary incrementation after 3 months)

Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Tinos Software and Security Solutions LLP, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business both in India and abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients to maximize revenue and market presence.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients, markets, and sectors for business expansion.
2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and meetings.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
5. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
6. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of the software industry and security solutions is an advantage.
8. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
