Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Creative Head who can lead and manage a team of designers while driving the creative direction of digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading a designing team, strong creative thinking, and the ability to coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Client Servicing teams to ensure creative requirements are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, and other creative professionals.
Oversee the creative development of digital marketing campaigns from ideation to final execution.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective creative concepts.
Ensure the creative team delivers high-quality creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Plan and distribute creative requirements among designers based on workload, priorities, and deadlines.
Review and approve creatives before they move to the next stage of the workflow.
Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and guidance to designers.
Ensure consistency in visual identity, quality, and communication across campaigns.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure creatives are suitable for different platforms and campaign requirements.
Participate in brainstorming and develop fresh, innovative creative concepts.
Monitor the team's workload, productivity, deadlines, and overall performance.
Identify gaps in the team's skills and support training and development.
Handle urgent and high-priority creative requirements effectively.
Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
Work with senior management to develop and execute the overall creative vision of the company.

Leadership & Team Management

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of designers.
Assign tasks and manage the team's daily creative workflow.
Set priorities and ensure timely delivery of creative requirements.
Conduct regular reviews of team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Resolve creative and workflow-related challenges within the team.
Motivate team members and create a collaborative creative environment.
Take ownership of the team's output, quality, and delivery.

Digital Marketing Collaboration

The Associate Creative Head will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to:

Understand campaign goals, target audiences, and performance requirements.
Develop creative concepts suitable for paid and organic campaigns.
Ensure designers understand campaign briefs and deliver the required creative formats.
Optimize creative direction based on campaign performance and audience response.
Develop multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimization.
Ensure creatives are adapted appropriately for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other digital channels.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Creative Design / Advertising / Digital Marketing / Creative Agencies.
Proven experience leading or managing a team of designers.
Strong understanding of graphic design, visual communication, branding, and digital creatives.
Experience working with digital marketing or performance marketing teams.
Strong knowledge of social media creative formats and digital advertising requirements.
Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback to designers.
Strong understanding of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or equivalent tools.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and campaign work.
