Job Summary

SkyOcean Shipping is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support daily administrative and office operations. This role offers hands-on experience in office management and coordination within the shipping and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and data entries.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
Handle emails, calls, and general administrative support.
Support other departments with administrative requirements as needed.

Requirements

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
