Position: ERP Sales & Implementation Executive

Department: Sales & Implementation

Location: Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Madhurai,Tamil nadu

Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years / Freshers with good communication skills may apply

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented ERP Sales & Implementation Executive to handle both sales activities and ERP implementation support for educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential institutions, conducting product presentations, generating leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential schools, colleges, and educational institutions for ERP sales.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of the ERP solution.
Understand the institution's requirements and recommend suitable ERP modules.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, visits, references, and other channels.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, discussions, and sales opportunities in the CRM.
Coordinate with management and internal teams to move qualified leads towards closure.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients until the sales process is completed.
Achieve assigned monthly and weekly sales targets.

Mandatory Weekly Sales Activities

Minimum 5 institutional visits per week within the assigned city.
Minimum 20 sales calls per week to prospective institutions.
Maintain proper records of all calls, visits, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Submit weekly sales activity reports to the reporting manager/HR

ERP Implementation Responsibilities

Coordinate with institutions after confirmation of the ERP.
Understand the client's requirements and assist in configuring the ERP accordingly.
Conduct ERP training and demonstrations for staff, teachers, administrators, and other users.
Assist clients with data collection, verification, and migration. Monitor implementation progress and ensure tasks are completed within the agreed timeline.
Identify implementation-related issues and coordinate with the technical/support team for resolution.
1 Follow up with clients after implementation to ensure proper system usage.
Maintain implementation status and client communication records.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
Willingness to travel and visit educational institutions.
Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to understand software products and explain them clearly to clients.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
Customer-focused and problem-solving approach.

Performance Expectations

The employee will be evaluated based on:

Minimum 5 institution visits per week.
Minimum 20 sales calls per week.
Number and quality of leads generated.
Follow-up efficiency and conversion of leads.
Sales target achievement.
Timely completion of ERP implementation activities.
Client satisfaction and relationship management.
Accuracy and timely updating of CRM/work reports.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel within the assigned city and nearby areas.
Valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Regular reporting and timely updating of CRM/work reports are mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
