Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and attendants in a polite and professional manner.
Handle patient registration, appointments, and enquiries at the front desk.
Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry in the hospital system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Handle billing queries, basic cash/credit transactions, and guide patients for further procedures.
Attend phone calls, respond to queries, and provide correct information to patients and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable.
Support hospital administration with day-to-day front office activities.
