About the Role
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining operational excellence, managing the outlet team, and ensuring compliance with company policies, hygiene, and food safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-centric approach to deliver consistent brand experience and profitability.
Key Responsibilities1. Outlet Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout business hours.
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise outlet employees.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
4. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
5. Cash Management
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor POS transactions and minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain financial discipline and prevent revenue leakage.
6. Inventory Management
- Maintain optimum stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock variances.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
7. Hygiene & Food Safety
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness across the outlet.
- Ensure employees follow hygiene and grooming standards.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and company safety guidelines.
8. Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement.
- Ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain proper vendor relationships.
- Verify quality and quantity of delivered materials.
9. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain sales, inventory, attendance, and expense records.
- Monitor outlet performance using operational dashboards.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting.
10. Brand Standards
- Ensure brand presentation is maintained at all times.
- Maintain visual merchandising and outlet appearance.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and service standards.
- Implement company initiatives and promotional campaigns effectively.

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Equivalent experience in QSR or Hospitality may also be considered.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
