About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts across different clients and industries.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Search Ads, campaign creation, keyword research, CPC and CTR optimization, budget management, lead generation, call campaigns, conversion tracking, and overall account performance.

You will be responsible for managing campaigns from setup to optimization, ensuring budgets are utilized effectively and campaigns generate quality leads and calls.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Campaign Management

Create, launch, and manage multiple Google Ads campaigns across different client accounts.
Build and optimize Search, Call, Display, Performance Max, and other relevant campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent and relevant search terms.
Create compelling ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and extensions/assets.
Manage keyword match types, negative keywords, search terms, and targeting.
Structure campaigns and ad groups based on business objectives and search intent.

Performance Optimization

Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, ROAS, impression share, and overall campaign performance.
Identify underperforming campaigns, keywords, ads, and audiences and take corrective actions.
Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, locations, devices, schedules, and audiences.
Continuously test new keywords, ad copies, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Analyze search-term reports and eliminate irrelevant or low-quality traffic.
Scale campaigns that are generating profitable and quality leads.

Budget & Spend Management

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets across multiple accounts.
Ensure campaigns spend according to approved client budgets.
Monitor budget utilization and identify opportunities to increase or reduce spend.
Prevent unnecessary overspending while maximizing lead volume and campaign performance.
Allocate budgets based on campaign and client-level performance.

Call & Lead Flow Management

Monitor incoming call and lead flow generated through Google Ads.
Track call volume, call quality, duration, and conversion performance.
Coordinate with the internal team/client to identify issues in the lead or call flow.
Analyze which campaigns, keywords, locations, and ads are generating quality calls.
Identify discrepancies between Google Ads conversions and actual leads/calls.
Work on improving lead quality rather than focusing only on lead quantity.

Account Management

Handle multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously.
Maintain daily monitoring of active campaigns and identify urgent issues.
Keep campaign structures, keywords, ads, budgets, and tracking organized.
Maintain regular performance reports for management/client review.
Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, policies, bidding strategies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads.
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Good understanding of CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, impression share, and quality score.
Strong keyword research and search-term analysis skills.
Experience with lead generation and call-based campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to manage advertising budgets responsibly.
Good understanding of conversion tracking.
Ability to work with large amounts of campaign data.
Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Experience working in a digital marketing/performance marketing agency is preferred.
Experience handling high-spend Google Ads accounts is an advantage.
Experience with call tracking platforms is a plus.
Experience with lead-generation businesses, local businesses, or service-based businesses is preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, proactive, and performance-oriented.

You should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, making daily optimization decisions, handling changing budgets, troubleshooting campaign issues, and taking ownership of campaign results.

This is not a purely reporting role. The candidate should be capable of actually creating, managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns independently.
