Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our female clients. The receptionist will create a welcoming, comfortable, and discreet atmosphere, managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a seamless experience for patients from inquiry to treatment.

Responsibilities:

Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly, providing a supportive, private, and professional environment, anticipating anxieties, and answering sensitive questions with empathy.
Scheduling: Efficiently manage the clinic calendar, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments via phone, email, or in-person.
Communication: Handle phone calls, inquiries, and booking queries with high standards of etiquette.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain, update, and secure patient electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies .
Billing & Payments: Process payments, manage patient charges, via billing software.
Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the waiting area is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Inventory: Monitor office and clinical supplies, placing orders as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prefer, Prior experience as a medical receptionist, or a similar expereince in any industry. We also welcome freshers.
Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills to handle, billing system and manage appointment using a software application.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, empathy, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
Having Digital Marketing skills is an added advantage.

Key Competencies:

Attitude to learn/unlearn and grow.
Confidentiality: Strict adherence to privacy regulations.
Empathy: Ability to deal with patients who may be in pain or under stress.

Preferred, people from Valasaravakkam and near by location.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
