Department: Human Resources & Administration
Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resources and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, employee coordination, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction for new joiners.
Maintain employee records, personal files, joining documents, and other HR-related documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, late coming, and other employee-related data.
Coordinate with employees regarding leave applications, attendance discrepancies, and company policies.
Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, and employee information.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, rules, and procedures.
Handle employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Assist in performance evaluations, appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and other HR activities.
Conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
Prepare HR letters and documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Administration

Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Coordinate with employees, visitors, clients, vendors, and service providers.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry, and other administrative requirements.
Ensure office premises, meeting areas, reception, and common areas are properly maintained.
Coordinate repair, maintenance, housekeeping, and other facility-related requirements.
Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and administrative expenses.
Assist in organizing meetings, internal events, employee activities, and company functions.
Handle general correspondence, documentation, and administrative reports.
Ensure employees follow company policies, office discipline, and administrative procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR and Administration will be preferred.
Good knowledge of recruitment, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and employee management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Professional, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
