Job Description

Overview

Chi Networks, a Chicago-headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking dynamic and results-driven enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in New Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and a flair for sales. In this role, you will be a key driver of our business growth, responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and selling our comprehensive suite of IT services.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to develop team members.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales talent.
Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
Identify key market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to position Chi Networks' solutions effectively.
Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
Revenue Generation & Target Achievement:

Take ownership of ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the team and personally contribute to revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance against targets, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee major client accounts and complex deals, acting as an escalation point for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting:

Ensure accurate and robust sales pipeline management using CRM tools, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
Identify potential bottlenecks and implement strategies to accelerate deal progression.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with pre-sales, technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and product development alignment.
Represent the sales team in internal meetings and strategic discussions.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field is mandatory. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in IT solutions sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership, team lead, or senior individual contributor role demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex IT solutions such as cloud hosting, managed services, cybersecurity, data centre services, disaster recovery, or similar.
Leadership & Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets. Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
Sales Acumen: Exceptional understanding of the sales process, strategic selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and data centre operations. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and articulate them clearly.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and formulate effective sales strategies.
CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Results-Oriented: A highly driven individual with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and occasionally to other regions for client meetings, team management, and business development.
