Position: Receptionist Admin & Feedback Executive

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 to 20,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist Admin & Feedback Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer calls, assisting with enquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers after product delivery to collect feedback on their purchase and service experience.
Build positive customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
Record customer feedback accurately in Excel or CRM software.
Handle basic customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Identify customer concerns and escalate complaints to the relevant department promptly.
Prepare daily and weekly customer feedback reports.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations professionally.
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls for customer enquiries and feedback.
Handle walk-in enquiries and assist with admissions.
Respond to customer queries politely and provide accurate information.
Maintain student/customer records, documentation, and MIS.
Update data in MS Excel, MS Office, or CRM software.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Schedule appointments and maintain proper office records.
Prepare daily call reports and administrative reports.
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication

Preferred Candidate

Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer operations.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good data entry and documentation abilities.
Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
