Job Overview
Guru360 Training Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and prospective learners. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, supporting admissions activities, and coordinating with students and internal teams to ensure a smooth academy experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide basic information about Guru360's courses, training programs, batches, schedules, and admission process.
- Register and maintain records of student and visitor inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments between prospective students and the Educational Counselor/Admissions Team.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding visits, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Maintain student attendance, inquiry records, and other front-office documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and management for day-to-day academy activities.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist students with basic queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Support the admissions team with telecalling and lead follow-ups when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and company information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

Eligibility
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in front desk, receptionist, customer service, administration, or education-sector roles.
- Freshers: Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
