Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator – Repair & Service to manage customer service requests, coordinate repair activities, and ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and service centers. The candidate will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction through timely service coordination and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, service requests, and repair inquiries.
Coordinate with field technicians and service engineers for service scheduling.
Create and track service tickets, job cards, and repair status updates.
Follow up with customers regarding service completion and pending issues.
Maintain accurate customer and service records in the system.
Coordinate spare parts availability with inventory/service teams.
Escalate unresolved complaints to the concerned department.
Ensure timely closure of service requests and customer complaints.
Support warranty claim processing and service documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication standards.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer handling skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CRM/service management software is an added advantage.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma.
1–3 years of experience in customer care, service coordination, or repair service operations preferred.
Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
