As a Sales Engineer, You Will

Meet Corporate and MSME businesses
Be a risk Advisor / Risk Manager and emphasize the importance of commercial insurance.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct market research – identify potential clients and generate leads
Understand clients’ unique requirements and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance solutions.
Conduct thorough risk assessments of clients’ businesses, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized insurance proposals that address clients’ specific needs and present insurance proposals to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the insurance process.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our services.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and organization.

Our Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical /Chemical/Electrical/Civil
Proven experience in sales with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience ranging between 2 & 10 years.
Demonstrated ability to effectively understand clients’ business and offer the right solutions.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding customer experience.
Open to relocation if need be.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
