Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can help us drive measurable growth through digital marketing, performance campaigns, lead generation, marketing automation, and data-driven optimisation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple digital channels, analysing campaign performance, testing new ideas, and continuously improving marketing funnels and conversion rates.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys execution, experimentation, analytics, and growth rather than only planning campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
Manage social media and paid advertising campaigns to achieve business and lead-generation objectives.
Develop campaign strategies, targeting approaches, messaging, and execution plans.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant platforms.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation.
Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Build and optimise lead-generation campaigns and marketing funnels.
Track key metrics including leads, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and campaign ROI.
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Develop and manage marketing automation workflows.
Support email marketing, WhatsApp communication, CRM campaigns, and customer follow-up workflows.
Set up and maintain lead-nurturing journeys and automated communication.
Work with technology teams to implement marketing integrations, tracking systems, and automation solutions.
Maintain proper lead tracking and communication workflows across relevant platforms.

Website, Content & Conversion Optimisation

Support optimisation of websites, landing pages, forms, and other digital touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
Test landing-page messaging, CTAs, layouts, offers, and other conversion elements.
Ensure marketing content is aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.

Analytics & Growth Strategy

Monitor and analyse marketing and campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using marketing data.
Conduct audience and competitor research.
Support the development of growth strategies, campaign plans, and marketing experiments.
Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing performance.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with founders, technology teams, content/creative teams, and external partners.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Take ownership of assigned growth initiatives from planning through execution and optimisation.
Perform other reasonably related marketing and digital growth activities as required by the Company.

Requirements

1 year of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
Practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels.
Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is preferred.
Basic understanding of CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation.
Comfortable working with marketing analytics and performance metrics.
Understanding of conversion-rate optimisation and landing-page optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
Strong willingness to experiment, learn, test, and optimise.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
