We are looking for motivated final-year students and recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in digital marketing, build a portfolio and learn directly through hands-on projects and mentorship.
Opportunity Overview
This is a hands-on, task-based Digital Marketing Mentorship Program designed for beginners who want to develop practical skills rather than only learn through theory.
You will work with a Senior Digital Marketing Professional through assignments, practical exercises, regular feedback and project reviews.
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will explore the exciting fields of digital advertising, branding, and storytelling. This internship is designed for proactive learners eager to develop their skills in social media, copywriting, and campaign management through practical experience despite their situation and domain. English is not mandatory But, they must willing to improve their communication skills. Candidates should know Tamil, preferable writing and learning skills.
The program has two learning tracks:
Track 1: Social Media & Content
For candidates interested in:

Track 2: Digital Marketing & Performance

You may apply for one track or indicate that you are interested in both. Final track allocation may be based on your interests, skills and performance during the selection process.
What You Will Do
Depending on your selected track, you may:
- Research audiences, competitors, trends and marketing opportunities
- Create social-media content and marketing assets
- Write captions, scripts and advertising copy
- Create graphics using Canva or Adobe Express
- Assist with Reels and short-form videos
- Develop content ideas and content calendars
- Prepare creative assets for marketing campaigns
- Learn and assist with Google and Meta advertising
- Research target audiences and campaign ideas
- Support lead-generation activities
- Learn how sales funnels work
- Monitor basic engagement and marketing metrics
- Analyse campaign and content performance
- Suggest improvements based on results
- Complete practical marketing assignments
- Participate in mentor reviews and feedback sessions
- Document selected projects for your portfolio
- Collaborate with the team and communicate task progress

Duration and Compensation:
The duration of the internship program is typically 3 months ans may extend upto 3-6 months, depending on your availability and the requirements of the project.
Salary / Stiphend: This is a non-stipendiary mentorship and training opportunity. Compensation may be provided in the form of a stipend or as per the company's policy which can be decided after probation. There might be special recruitments for people who are skillfull but with less opportunities. Contact us for more info.
Training & Evaluation
The first 15–30 days will primarily focus on training, mentorship and evaluation.
You will initially work on:
- Simulated marketing projects
- Practical assignments
- Research exercises
- Content and campaign exercises
- Tool familiarisation
- Mentor-guided projects
Based on your progress, suitable participants may subsequently receive opportunities to work on real NakshatraTech projects and independent portfolio projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Final-year bachelor's students may apply
- Recent graduates are welcome
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Basic familiarity with MS Office
- Basic communication skills in Tamil and English
- Genuine interest in digital marketing
- Willingness to learn and complete practical assignments
No prior professional digital marketing experience is required.
