Full job description

Job Summary

Mahagun Group is looking for an experienced Legal Manager with 6+ years of core real estate legal experience to join our legal team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in real estate transactions, property laws, land-related matters, agreements, regulatory compliance, and dispute management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day legal matters related to real estate projects.
Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
Provide legal support on property acquisition, land title, development, construction, sale, lease, and project-related matters.
Conduct and review property title due diligence, title reports, and related documentation.
Coordinate with external legal counsels, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Advise project and business teams on applicable real estate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Handle documentation related to development agreements, sale agreements, lease deeds, JV agreements, contractor agreements, and vendor contracts.
Support the organization in matters relating to RERA, registration, land laws, municipal regulations, and other real estate compliances.
Monitor and manage legal notices, claims, disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters in coordination with external counsel.
Identify potential legal risks in projects and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Maintain proper records of legal documents, agreements, cases, notices, and property-related documentation.
Provide timely legal opinions and practical solutions to business and project teams.

Candidate Requirements

LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
6+ years of relevant experience in core real estate legal matters.
Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
Excellent knowledge of RERA, property laws, land laws, registration laws, and real estate documentation.
Strong experience in property title due diligence and agreement drafting/review.
Experience handling real estate litigation and disputes will be an advantage.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and work closely with project/business teams.
Candidates from real estate developers, construction companies, or established law firms handling real estate matters will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
