This position is to lead a channel which spans across banking, PCG (Private Client Group) & National Distributors & MFDs (Mutual Fund Distributors). . The position in HSBC Asset Management will entail managing key stakeholders, drive product & market related communication, activities, huddles & own up the market share AAUM nos for these channels. Also, the role includes leading large teams to do coverage, build and deepen distribution.

Lead, Mentor and Manage a Team of Cluster Heads & Relationship Managers;

Responsible for driving Mutual Fund, PMS & SIF Sales through Banks, MFDs, PCG, NDs (National Distributors) and Family Office across Mumbai Region;

Build , Collaborate & work closely with our internal channel & their key stakeholders, HSBC Bank, which is also one of the largest & key distributors.

Responsible for driving the team to meet their AUM and Sales Target. Building and maintaining healthy market share.

Work closely with Regional Heads, Zonal Heads, Product team and Country heads of the channel partners who drive Sales;

Meeting the Channel Partners, Sharing Fund and market updates for Mutual Fund and PMS, conducting huddles at Branches and at events.

Focusing on activities attributed to Sales;

Onboarding new distributors & activating existing non-active counters.

Ensuring Skill development within the team. Track, review and drive the sales, target vs achievement of the team with MIS. Ensure team achieves their yearly targets.

A strong compliance orientation & adhering to HSBC values & propagating the same across teams.
Candidate Profile:

Senior Resource with 18-20 years of experience of managing multiple channels at Regional / Zonal Level.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
-
A deep understanding of distribution & MF (Mutual Fund) business, preferably across Mumbai region

Demonstrated track record of Managing large teams

Ability to interact & own up key stakeholders across large distribution houses
