Sr. Executive – Digital Marketing
About the Role
Kohler ITC is seeking a digitally savvy and hands-on Sr. Executive – Digital Marketing to support and execute CRM, marketing automation, and integrated digital marketing initiatives.
The role will primarily focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), managing customer and lead data, email campaigns, journeys, segmentation, automation, reporting, and CRM-led engagement programs. The role will also require a strong understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with paid media, SEO, website, social media, analytics, and overall customer journey objectives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across marketing and technology teams, translating business requirements into effective CRM and marketing automation solutions, and using data and insights to improve customer engagement and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Sales Cloud & CRM Management
- Manage and support day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud activities related to leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaign data.
- Understand lead lifecycle management from lead generation through qualification, nurturing, conversion, and sales handoff.
- Support CRM data segmentation, cleansing, validation, and quality management.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand lead management requirements and improve CRM processes.
- Configure and maintain campaign-related data, audience segments, and CRM workflows in collaboration with Salesforce teams.
- Support integration and data movement between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, website, digital channels, and other marketing platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead management, customer engagement, and CRM-driven conversion.
- Assist in troubleshooting data, campaign, automation, and integration-related issues.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Marketing Automation
- Plan, build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work across SFMC capabilities including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
- Build audience segments and targeted communication based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, demographics, engagement, and CRM attributes.
- Create and manage automated customer journeys including welcome, nurture, engagement, re-engagement, lead nurturing, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Support email campaign development, testing, scheduling, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage data extensions, SQL queries, segmentation logic, campaign automation, and audience refreshes.
- Implement personalization, dynamic content, A/B testing, and campaign optimization initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance across deliverability, open rate, click-through rate, engagement, conversion, and unsubscribe metrics.
- Use SFMC analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for campaign and journey optimization.
- Support integration of WhatsApp and other customer engagement channels with CRM and marketing automation initiatives. Knowledge of CleverTap or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Ensure CRM and marketing automation activities follow applicable data privacy, consent, and communication governance requirements.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Maintain a strong understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, paid media, social media, website, content, analytics, and digital customer journeys.
- Collaborate with SEO and performance marketing teams to align CRM campaigns with acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Support audience creation and activation using insights from paid media, website, CRM, and customer behavior.
- Analyze digital and CRM performance using tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Develop campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion.
- Support integrated campaigns across email, paid media, website, social, and CRM channels.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in marketing automation, AI-driven personalization, CRM, customer data, and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, and lead lifecycle management.
- Understanding of CRM data structures, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid search, paid social, social media, website, and analytics.
- Experience with GA4 / Adobe Analytics, GTM, GSC, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting platforms is preferred.
- Salesforce certification is preferred.
