About DigiPath AI

DigiPath AI Life Scanners HealthCare Pvt. Ltd. builds AI-powered cancer screening technology — including VELscope Vx and DNA Ploidy analysis — to make early detection of oral and cervical cancer faster, more accessible, and more accurate. We're solving a hard attribution problem: connecting long B2B sales cycles — dentists and labs often take months to adopt new diagnostic technology — to the specific marketing touchpoints that drove them.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Analytics & Growth Lead to build the measurement backbone behind our marketing: a unified funnel dashboard, a monthly attribution report connecting content to actual sales, and quarterly budget reallocation recommendations. You'll bring SQL and dashboarding skills to a problem that doesn't yet have clean infrastructure — and turn scattered data into decisions the marketing team can act on. A great fit for someone at a Series A–C startup wanting extra project income.

What You'll Own

Unified Funnel Dashboard: Build and maintain a unified funnel dashboard that brings together performance across all marketing channels.
Attribution Reporting: Deliver a monthly attribution report connecting content and campaign activity to actual sales outcomes across a long B2B sales cycle.
Budget Recommendations: Produce quarterly budget reallocation recommendations grounded in what the data shows is working.
Data Modeling: Write clean, reliable SQL to pull and model data across marketing and sales systems.
Clear Communication: Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable takeaways for a non-technical audience.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field
3–5 years in marketing/growth analytics, with working SQL and dashboarding experience
Technical Depth: Strong SQL skills and comfort pulling and modeling data from multiple systems.
Attribution Expertise: A clear approach to building attribution models for long B2B sales cycles (6+ months).
Dashboarding: Experience building marketing dashboards from scratch using tools like Looker, Tableau, or GA4 — not just maintaining existing ones.
Decision-Driving Track Record: A track record where your analysis directly changed a marketing budget decision.
Analytical Judgment: Comfortable working in ambiguity, including defining the right question before answering it.
Availability: Able to commit a reliable 8–10 hours/week.

Nice to Have

Experience in MedTech, diagnostics, or a healthcare startup
Experience designing and interpreting incrementality or A/B tests
Background at a Series A–C growth-stage startup
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM data (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
