Using React JS as your primary technology, you will build modern, responsive, and scalable web applications supporting both core insurance processes and customer-facing digital experiences. The Qualifications We Seek

Front-End Development Expertise

3–5 years of relevant software development experience
Strong hands-on experience developing front-end applications using React JS
Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices
Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern UI design principles

APIs and State Management

Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management frameworks.

GraphTalk Experience

Experience working within a DXC GraphTalk environment is a MUST-HAVE requirement

Professional Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Your Daily Tasks

UI Development and User Experience

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React JS
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components
Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for insurance applications and portals
Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar frameworks

Integration and Technical Collaboration

Integrate front-end applications with backend services through REST APIs
Collaborate closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, architects, and backend developers
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions

Quality, Performance, and Delivery

Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and accessibility
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments
Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment activities

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
