Job Description: Front Desk Executive

Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Experience Required: 1 Year
Location: SCO 19 SEC11 Panchkula
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage front office operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Respond to general inquiries and resolve basic customer or visitor concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling EPABX or multi-line telephone systems.
Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
