Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop and execute interior design solutions for corporate, commercial, hotel, hospital, and modular furniture projects. This role is focused on understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts and layouts, developing working drawings and 3D views, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and coordinating with project, factory, vendor, and site teams to ensure successful project execution without delays.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements, project briefs, site conditions, and design expectations.
Develop interior design concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and furniture details.
Create 3D models, views, and visualizations to communicate design concepts clearly.
Select and specify suitable materials, finishes, colours, laminates, hardware, furniture, and other interior elements.
Coordinate with clients and incorporate design feedback and revisions within project requirements.
Coordinate daily with project execution, factory production, procurement, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Visit project sites for measurements, design verification, execution coordination, and resolution of design-related issues.
Prepare or support BOQ and material requirement details based on approved designs.
Ensure designs are practical, cost-conscious, manufacturable, and aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, approvals, material selections, and project design documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, interior fit-out, modular furniture, or turnkey projects.
Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing working drawings and layouts.
Good knowledge of 3D design / visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.
Good communication, presentation, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, plywood, laminates, hardware, furniture, ceiling, flooring, and partitions.
Ability to understand drawings, site conditions, dimensions, and execution requirements.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in corporate interior fit-out, construction, hotel, hospital, or modular furniture manufacturing.
Experience in interior turnkey projects from concept/design through site execution.
Familiarity with modular furniture manufacturing and practical detailing.
Experience coordinating with factory production, vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.
Reporting:
Directly reporting to Design Head / Managing Partner
Performance Metrics:
Design Delivery: Timely completion and submission of drawings, layouts, and design presentations as per project schedules.
Accuracy: Minimum errors in working drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and design documentation.
Execution Support: Effective coordination with factory and site teams to ensure approved designs are executed correctly.
Client Satisfaction: Timely incorporation of client feedback and achievement of approved design intent.
Project Efficiency: Practical and cost-conscious designs aligned with manufacturing and site execution feasibility.
Salary Range:
Up to Rs. 35,000 per month based on the previous in-hand salary, relevant experience, skills, and portfolio.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
