ABOUT US
We build DHANODE — an AI automation platform that takes a business from a marketing lead all the way to revenue: capturing leads, replying instantly, chatting through trained AI, and tracking everything in one CRM and dashboard. It's a real, complex product — multi-module user panel, a Super Admin dashboard, and live credit-based billing — not a marketing site with a login page bolted on.
THE ROLE
This role owns the front-end of DHANODE — the user panel every client logs into, and the Super Admin dashboard we run the business from. You'll be building real product screens: live chat inboxes, a sales pipeline, credit-based billing that recalculates as the client clicks, scheduling calendars, multi-step AI training flows. If a screen feels clunky, slow, or confusing, that's this role's problem to fix.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and maintain the React front-end for DHANODE's user panel — Dashboard, Customers & Inbox, AI Training, Sales & Catalog, Campaigns & Automation, Billing, Settings
- Build the Super Admin dashboard — KPI boxes, Today/This Month/Total filters, and click-through drill-down reports
- Build real-time and near-real-time UI — WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger chat inbox, live credit recalculation as a client ticks options on/off
- Build the sales pipeline UI — leads moving through stages (New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Appointment Booked → Proposal Shared → Follow-Up → Won → Lost)
- Build scheduling and calendar UI — festival calendar, campaign post scheduling, appointment calendars
- Build multi-step flows with progress tracking — like the AI training flow, which has to visibly climb as the client answers questions
- Work off Laravel 13 / PHP 8.5 APIs — consume and integrate backend endpoints cleanly, handle loading and error states properly
- Support multiple languages in the UI — English, Hindi and Hinglish now, Arabic and Urdu coming (which means planning for right-to-left layout, not just translated strings)
- Fix performance issues — dashboards with a lot of live data should not feel heavy or laggy
- Turn approved designs into pixel-accurate, responsive screens — desktop first, but usable on mobile too
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years hands-on with React in production — real shipped products, not tutorials or personal projects
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals — comfortable without React holding your hand
- Experience building dashboards or admin panels with real, live data — not just marketing pages
- Comfortable consuming REST APIs from a Laravel/PHP backend — auth, pagination, error states handled properly
- Understands state management beyond useState — Redux, Zustand, Context or similar, and knows when each one is the right call
- Can build clean, responsive UI from a design file without needing every pixel explained
- Multi-language or i18n implementation experience is a strong plus, RTL layout experience even better
- Can work fast on tight, same-day-to-next-day timelines without the quality dropping
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with real-time features — WebSockets, polling, or similar
- TypeScript in production
- Experience with credit/wallet/billing-type UI — numbers that must always be exactly right
- Exposure to Next.js or SSR
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- Not a WordPress/no-code site-builder job
- Not backend development — you're not writing Laravel, you're consuming what it gives you
- Not a "throw a design over the wall and disappear" job — you'll go back and forth with design and product until the screen is actually right
