Branded Factory Global Limited is building a large-format value retail platform focused on branded fashion, footwear, lifestyle and related categories at highly competitive prices. The company specializes in bulk procurement, surplus inventory, end-of-season stock and strategic sourcing opportunities.
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth by strengthening operations, improving profitability and building a scalable, professionally managed retail business.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Leadership
· Lead the overall business strategy and execution.
· Drive revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA and cash flow.
· Develop annual business plans, budgets and expansion strategies.
· Ensure strong retail unit economics and sustainable growth.
Procurement & Merchandising
· Build and strengthen procurement and merchandising functions.
· Develop strategic relationships with brands, manufacturers, distributors and inventory partners.
· Optimize product assortment, inventory turns and gross margins.
· Reduce ageing and slow-moving inventory while maintaining healthy working capital.
Retail Operations
· Manage performance across existing and upcoming retail stores.
· Standardize store operations through SOPs and performance dashboards.
· Improve revenue per square foot, customer conversion, average transaction value and overall store profitability.
· Enhance customer experience, visual merchandising and operational efficiency.
Expansion Strategy
· Lead multi-city retail expansion across company-owned and franchise formats.
· Evaluate new locations, negotiate leases and oversee store launches.
· Build scalable processes for rapid and profitable expansion.
Technology & Supply Chain
· Lead ERP, POS, Inventory Management and MIS implementation.
· Strengthen warehousing, replenishment and supply chain processes.
· Develop real-time business dashboards for sales, inventory and profitability.
Organization Development
· Build and lead high-performing leadership teams.
· Implement performance management systems and governance frameworks.
· Work closely with the Promoters and Board to professionalize the organization and prepare for future growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile
· 15–22 years of overall professional experience.
· 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles.
· Prior experience as CEO, COO, Business Head, Retail Head, Operations Head or equivalent.
· Strong experience in Fashion Retail, Value Retail, Footwear, Lifestyle, Department Stores, Factory Outlets or Multi-Brand Retail.
· Proven ownership of business P&L.
· Hands-on experience in procurement, merchandising, inventory management and retail operations.
· Demonstrated success in scaling multi-store retail businesses.
· Experience in franchise-led expansion will be an added advantage.
· Exposure to Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets is preferred.
· MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience, leadership capability and track record. The package may include fixed compensation, performance-linked incentives and long-term wealth creation opportunities.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
